Stone Age birthday parties

What talents lie dormant in you? Could you survive in the Stone Age? The tribal elders will test you. How clever, skilful and agile are you? Can you orientate yourselves well? In this Stone Age Olympics, the ‘Mammoth’ team competes against the ‘Woolly Rhino’ team.

Life in the Stone Age was full of challenges. Stone Age people were excellent hunters, knew how to make fire, support each other and thus survive. Are you adventurous and a good team player? Then come with us to the Stone Age, learn how to hunt with a spear and spear sling, light a fire together and make Stone Age knives.

Have you ever painted with earth colours? We use our hands, fingers and colours to create a plate and take the Stone Age artists as an example. Then we'll fortify ourselves and celebrate the birthday boy or girl. As a sign of solidarity, you will paint a joint Stone Age tattoo on your forearm and make a Stone Age necklace.

The museum has received a letter. In this letter, the museum demands €1,000,000 to find out where the stolen mammoth bones are hidden. You are called in to help as detectives. Find out where the bones are hidden before they are destroyed. Will you make it in time?

The museum has been robbed again. This time the sacred Neanderthal totem skull, an antique of inestimable value, has disappeared from the museum collection. Does the scientist who also recently disappeared have anything to do with it? You are called in as detectives to turn everything upside down and find out where the sacred totem skull is. Can you save it?

Do you know mammoths, the giants of the Ice Age? You can take a closer look at their fossilised teeth and bones during this birthday party. You can also have some animal fun by dressing up in furs and putting on a little fashion show with clothes made of fur and leather. Finally, you will build ice age animals such as mammoths or cave bears out of clay.

Equipped as archaeologists, you go on an excavation and come across all kinds of fossil treasures in your search for clues. What happened here many years ago? Find out! The focus of the programme is of course on the birthday child, who can look forward to a surprise gift from the museum at the end.
