Bio
Born in 1967. Since 2006 she has been the manager of the Education and Communication department at the Neanderthal Museum. Ms. Schneider's responsibilities include the conception of new tours, workshops, and events in order to communicate the exhibition content to the wide variety of visitors the museum receives.

Ms. Schneider completed an apprenticeship as an ergotherapist and was employed in that field, both as a therapist and an ergotherapy instructor, far many years. Between 1999 and 2004 she studied ethnology, sociology, psychology, and African studies at the University of Cologne. She collaborated on exhibitions at the Rautenstrauch-Joest Museum in Cologne, at the Iwalewa-Haus in Bayreuth, and at the Museum of World Cultures in Frankfurt am Main.
